PRU PROJECT

Propylene Recovery Unit enabled the recovery of polymer grade propylene and later with a capacity of 50000TPA for producing chemical-grade propylene from cracked LPG product, with a purity of 95% by weight. The project was commissioned in August 2009. M/s Furnace Fabrica India Ltd, M/s GR Engineers, M/s EIL were the engineering, construction and technology partners. Collaborating with M/s FFIL, we undertook and executed unit and offsite piping, including firewater deluge system, fabrication and erection of 06m high derrick structure type flare stack, the whole stack assembly consisted of the flare structure, flare knockout drum, flare tip, molecular seal and flare feed line.h derrick structure type flare stack for BPCL-Kochi Refinery in the year 2008 as part of the PRU Project. The whole stack assembly consisted of the flare structure, flare knockout drum, flare tip, molecular seal and flare feed line, all associated civil works, mounted bullets, etc. The entire project had a total executed value of 22.14 Cr.
