The laying of 10.57 km 20" heat traced pipeline was laid through the heart of Cochin city within a short time frame of 6 months with minimal disturbance to the public and most importantly amid challenging monsoon season over Kerala. As part of diversifying our expertise in carrying out heavy and special equipment erection, we had successfully erected and commissioned Marine loading arm having an assembled total weight of 26 MT at BPCL's South tanker berth facility at Kochi including hydraulic controls and position monitoring systems.

We are pioneers in fabrication and erection of steel structures in various domain. As a part of increasing our engineering capabilities from time to time, we had successfully installed state of art 106m high derrick structure type flare stack for BPCL-Kochi Refinery in the year 2008 as part of the PRU Project. The whole stack assembly consisted of the flare structure, flare knockout drum, flare tip, molecular seal and flare feed line.
